Provides all available DataPorter features.
Primarily intended for organizations who need to
import from MS SQL databases and/or need to
distribute import datasets easily for processing
by other applications which support CSV, XML, or
remote DataPorter clients either on the network or
externally.
The Professional Edition enables automated
distribution of complete datasets including
mapping information and new contact data to a
pre-defined email list. Optionally, "processing
confirmations" can be automatically returned
once a distributed dataset has been processed
(using the Corp Remote client) with or without
processing logs.
An unlimited number of import templates are
supported and XML data files generated can
optionally generate either "element-centric" or
"attribute-centric" output datasets.
(element-centric XML is required by MS Office
applications supporting the XML import file
format). Alternatively, files can also be
created in CSV format and can include any
user-defined fields in an Outlook contact folder
if used as an input data source.
