There are two options available that control how Outlook fields get displayed during the mapping process.
#1 - Show Outlook fields As
DisplayAs
Shows the field names as they appear in the Outlook <Field Chooser> (there may be some minor variations)
Internal Outlook names
Shows the Outlook internal field names. These are the actual field names used by Outlook at all times regardless of what visual settings (Display As combined with language option).
For example, one field name that creates confusion very frequently is the <Body> field which is otherwise referred to as the <Notes> field.
#2 - Display Language
Determines which of 9 languages will be used to display Outlook DisplayAs field names. The language setting is not relevant when the <Show As> setting is set to Internal Outlook field names.
