Introducing ContactGenie Exporter (CGX)

Welcome and thank you for using ContactGenie Exporter Advanced or Premium Edition (CGX).

 

CGX provides powerful contact export capabilities for exporting <contact> data from Microsoft Outlook ('2000-'2007) including MS Exchange private and public contact folders, Global Address List (GAL) and MS Exchange Global Distribution Lists (GDG). Unlike CGX Basic, Outlook Personal Distribution Lists (PDL) are not supported in the Advanced or Premium editions in the current release.

 

CGX provides full support for custom forms and user-defined fields in addition to enabling control of how date, currency, and numeric data is formatted on output (text export only) in addition to providing capabilities for standardized output for the Company Name, Full Name, FileAs, and Email?DisplayAs fields. Multi-line <street> addresses (Business, Home, Other, Mailing) can also be exported as single fields or as individual fields (to a max of 4 lines/fields).

We have gone to great lengths to ensure that no problems occur when using CGX, however, with data being dynamic and sometimes un-predicable, sometimes errors will occur. All reports are treated with the highest priority and if CGX is found to be at fault (or can otherwise circumvent the condition), you will promptly be issued an update once the issue is located and replicated. Any errors encountered can typically be forwarded automatically to us from within the program itself or you can submit an issue to support@contactgenie.com.
