Missing items from Exchange

It has been reported in very rare and isolated cases, that the number of records returned when selecting an Exchange based option (contact folder or GAL) is less than the total reported for the folder selected and changes from run to run.

 

Since the cause of this problem can not be determined and is extremely rare, the option to force the use of OOM instead of the Microsoft MAPI subsystem to retrieve records has been added which resolves the problem.

 

Whenever data is exported, Exchange should always be in "on-line / non-cached" mode. "Cached" mode (using the .OFT file) can lead to unpredictable results since not all fields selectable for field mapping (export) via CGX are available in "cached mode". Also, the .OFT file may not always be up to date.
