Select GAL

Selecting the GAL option presents the same screen as when selecting <Contacts> with the only differences being related to message classes which do not apply in this case.

Once the GAL options is selected, the screen will automatically move to the "Select Target" screen. The only available field that can be entered on the main "Select Folder" screen is the <Owner ID> which can be access simply by returning to the "Select Folder> option.

There are three options available for GAL Address selection which are:

1.	All - All contacts and users

2.	Contacts Only - remote contacts only

3.	Users Only - Users only as available in the Active Directory

The GAL should only be exported when operating in an online non-cached connected state to the Exchange server. It will otherwise not be available or not all selected fields (i.e. Exch Home Server) will have values.
