When the PDL option is selected for export (See Selecting Folders), the following becomes available:
Only Distribution lists found within the selected folder will be displayed in the list. Embedded PDLs within another PDL will not be included in the export process.
One or all PDLs displayed on the list will be included for export. If you wish to include embedded PDLs, ensure that the list is in the same folder and select it. Each PDL found in the folder will also identify how many contacts were found in the list along with the number of embedded PDLs (if any).
There is no option to select PDLs across multiple contact folders.
At least one PDL must be selected at which point the <Select Target> tab will become activated. Unlike Contact, GAL and GDG selections, there is no option to select fields within CGX Basic. All fields (as shown in the PDL Fields section) will be automatically exported.
PDL's can only be exported to NEW files/tables. The Append/Update options for this export type are not available for the current release of PDL exporting.
