System Requirements
To minimize download size and time, ContactGenie products no longer include any run-time components that should be present with valid installations of current Windows '2000/'XP, MS Office '2000-'2007.
General operating requirements for ContactGenie products are as follows:
Global

For DataPorter 2.0 Pro / Exporter Premium
| ▪ | MS SQL 2000 (SP3+) / '2005(3) client |
CGX must be installed on the system where the program is being run and a valid Outlook profile must exist.
(1) - Programs may function on Windows '98 but it is no longer a "supported" environment
(2) - Outlook '2000 may not be supported for some editions in the future
(3) - Requires the MS SQL 2005 <Backwards Compatibility Components> to be installed which can be downloaded from the Microsoft website
