In addition to the ShowAs and Display Language options described in the Import Field Display/Lang Options, there are two additional options specific to the Export process.
Export Language
The same language options are available as defined for the Outlook field <Display Language> setting and similarly only is applicable if the Export Fld Names setting is set to <Export Name>
Export Names
In general, Export Names are the same as the equivalent DisplayAs name for the selected language with all spaces and special characters removed. Export field names can be individually changed as described in Mapping Export Fields.
