Clicking on the Export To button will provide the available file types that can used in ContactGenie QuickPort as an output data file.
Availability of the Access'2007 file type will depend strictly on whether or not the appropriate system file drivers are found (installed automatically if using Office '2007 but would otherwise require manual installation). CG programs do not install any file based components of any kind.
Export Output
There is no update option in CQP when exporting data.
Any existing text based files will be deleted and re-created. Any existing table selected in an MS Access file will be deleted and re-created.
Text Files
When a text file is selected, two additional options become enabled/visible - the Text Qualifier to be used and an Advanced Test Options button
Advanced Text Options
The Advanced Text Options provides capability to format the output of the various field types
