ContactGenie QuickPort export options include:
| 1. | Any contact folder in a PST File, Exchange Personal Mailbox, Exchange Delegate Mailbox or Exchange Public Folders. |
| 2. | Exchange Global Address List Users & Contacts |
| 3. | Exchange Global Distribution Group Members |
| 4. | The last import criteria saved (the equivalent of a saved template in other CG products) |
#1 - Contact Folder
When the contact folder option is selected, an Outlook folder selection screen will be displayed where the source contact folder is selected. Once selected, all information regarding published forms and user-defined fields is retrieved.
#2 - GAL Users & Contacts
Provides the option to export Exchange Global Address List Users & Contacts. GAL members are extracted using the the <All Users> and <All Contacts> address lists which requires an active connection to the Exchange server. If no connection is present when CQP is started, these options will not be visible.
#3 - Global Distribution Group Members
Provides the option to export the members from one or more Exchange Global Distribution Groups (GDG). The list of GDGs is extracted using the <All Groups> addresslist which requires an active connection to the Exchange server. If no connection is present when CQP is started, this option will not be visible.
When this option is clicked, all GDGs will be listed.
#4 - Last Export
If the Last Export option is selected, there is no folder selection option. All previous information is retrieved and populated for immediate use. It is not possible to change the contact folder <only> from a retrieved criteria set.
