When CQP is first started, there can be a delay depending on whether or not Exchange is used in the default profile and whether or not it is connected. There will be a delay if Exch is not connected since a real-time determination is done which will either connect immediately or wait for a timeout to occur. This is the same delay that is experienced with Outlook at startup.
