ContactGenie QuickPort requires Microsoft Outlook to be installed and valid profiles created.

 

The current <default> profile will be automatically selected when CQP starts but the profile to be used can be changed to any of the existing profiles.

 

The profile can be changed only if Outlook is not running at the same time as CQP. If Outlook is running, the option to change profiles will be disabled.
