UDFOpts

Notes:

1.See <Orphan user-defined fields> for explanation/definition of what is considered an orphan UDF

2.This function only applies to the <IPM.Contact> message class

3.The first step to getting a complete list of orphan UDFs is a complete scan of all contacts (based on any filter criteria entered). This can take some time if it involves a very large contact folder

4.Once the scan is completed, orphan UDFs can be added to the <User-defined field in folder> list or be removed from individual contacts

5.When applying changes, a complete scan is not repeated. Only those contacts with orphan UDFs will be processed

6.The addition to the user-defined field folder list or removal from contact items can be done for all orphan UDF fields found or only for those selected

7.The Orphan field list identifies the field names found, the field type and number of contacts containing data in the field. The <Preview> will also show the actual value contained in orphan UDF field.
