This set of function enables the following:
| • | adding/deleting Outlook Birthday and Anniversary dates to an Outlook calendar |
| • | adding a user-defined date field to an Outlook calendar and specify its recurrance pattern |
| • | specifying the reminder time setting to be used |
| • | selecting any Outlook calendar folder displayed in the Outlook folder list |

Notes:
| 1. | The calendar that is initially automatically selected is based on the following: - if a default calendar is defined in the same infostore (i.e. PST file) from which the contact folder is selected - it is selected as the destination - if no default calendar is present in the infostore where the selected contact folder resides, the default calendar for the profile is selected |
| 2. | Care should be taken that no Birthday/Anniversary calendar entries remain in the <Deleted Items> folder when running this function otherwise it will be updated with the reminder time specified and will not reappear in the Calendar |
| 3. | Deleting a Birthday/Anniversary date is a two step process. First, the contact is removed from the associated Contact Links for that calendar item. When there are no contact items in the <Contact Links> collection, the calendar item is removed from the calendar. |
