Effective as of Toolkit version 1.2 - the export function is unrestricted and does not require any purchase.
All or selected contact fields can be exported to a CSV (comma separated value) text file. There is no <Preview> mode for this option. Once the Export action is selected, the Export field selection screen will be displayed from which fields are selected for Export
Notes:
| 1. | Field names used for exporting are based on the display language selected at the time the Outlook folder was selected (not applicable if exporting fields using Outlook Internal names |
| 2. | Single multi-line street address lines can be exported as individual fields (to a max of 4) for Business, Home, Other and Mailing street addresses |
| 3. | This export function is a basic version of ContactGenie Exporter sister products (http://www.contactgenie.com/cgxfeatures.htm) |
| 4. | User-defined fields are fully supported and based on either those defined in a custom form (if used) or fields defined at the "User-defined fields in folder" level. Orphan user-defined fields existing at the contact item level will not be exported if not also present in the "User-defined fields in folder" list when no custom form is used. |
