Preview mode shows the total unique duplicates found (#1) as well as being able to see the individual items within a duplicate set (#2)

| 1. | Duplicate Item sets - a duplicate item <set> is defined as all contacts that have identical values in the selected duplicate <key> fields - all sets are shown using the <FileAs> value of the <Primary Contact>. The reason that the <FileAs> value is used for grouping contacts is because it is the one field within a contact item that is most likely to contain a value (whether that is an individual's name or a company name) |
| 2. | Individual duplicate items within a set - When selecting a single item from the <Duplicates Contact List> - the individual items that are part of the set are listed in the <Dupe Items List> and can be selected for individual comparison against the <Primary Contact> |
| 3. | Compare individual duplicate item against <Primary Contact> - This will invoke the <Dupe Comparison> screen for the specific dupe contact selected. This button will not be enabled if the <Primary Contact> is selected |
| 4. | Compare <duplicate set> against <Primary Contact> - This will invoke the <Dupe Comparison> screen enabling the comparison of all duplicate contacts in the set individually by moving forwards/backwards within the group |
| 5. | Process duplicates - Initiates the update process - there is no reversal process for applied updates |
