Notes:
| 1. | Select the FullName format to be applied to all contacts |
| 2. | The underlying component fields (Title, FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, Suffix) do not get changed when CTK changes the FullName value to any of the selected settings unlike when entering a value in the FullName field via the Outlook user interface which parses the entered value. |
| 3. | CTK does not include any other fields other then those shown in the selected format (i.e. unlike Outlook which will include the Title field if a value exists) |
